Do I need a crypto wallet to buy? ⌄

No! You can pay in USD via bank transfer or Venmo. If you want to pay in SOL, you'll need a Phantom wallet — it's free and takes 2 minutes to set up at phantom.app. We walk you through it in the checkout flow.

How does the 70% commission actually work? ⌄

For SOL payments, buyers send directly to your Phantom wallet — you get 70% instantly. NFTness takes 30% via a separate transfer request within 24 hours. For USD orders, we collect payment, deduct 30%, and send your 70% via PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer within 48 hours.

How does merch work? Who prints and ships it? ⌄

NFTness handles all merch coordination. When a buyer orders a hoodie or sneaker with your art, we work with our print partner to produce and ship the item. You don't need to do anything — just collect your 70% commission per item sold.

What kind of art can I sell? ⌄

Any original digital art you've created — illustrations, photography, generative art, 3D renders, pixel art, and more. It must be your own original work. We review every submission to maintain quality on the platform.

How long does it take to get listed? ⌄

We aim to review and list approved artists within 24 hours of submission. Once you're approved, your art goes live the same day and buyers can immediately purchase NFTs or order merch.

Is NFTness on the Solana blockchain? ⌄

We use Solana as our preferred payment currency because it's fast and cheap to send. For now, NFT certificates of ownership are handled manually — we send a digital certificate of authenticity to your email after purchase. Full on-chain minting is coming in a future update.
